The surface characteristics of composite coatings were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). The synthesized composite coatings showed the better antibacterial activity. in vitro Cell viability and osteogenic differentiation of the coatings was also studied by MC3T3-E1 human osteoblastic cell lines. The composite coating was found to be non-toxic against MC3T3-E1 cell lines at different incubation day proved the excellent bioactive of these coatings." @default.
