Dalam tiap tahunnya Universitas tersebut mengalami peningkatan mahasiswa/i yang begitu pesat dan tiap tahunnya fakultas ekonomi di Univ tersebut banyak sekali peminatnya dikarenakan Univ tersebut juga PTN dan memiliki almamater yang bisa dibilang punya nama di Indonesia kuhususnya di Indonesia Timur jadi agar ideal kampus tersebut membangun gedung baru untuk mengantisipasi siswa yang semakin banyak karna kampus tersebut juga masih memiliki lahan yang tersedia untuk mendirikan bangunan.Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencoba mencari seberapa besar investasi yang dibutuhkan dan menilai kelayakan investasi gedung kampus tersebut. Untuk mengukur tingkat kelayakan tidak hanya pada perhitungan aspek keuangan tetapi juga menganalisis aspek-aspek yang lain. Dari hasil perhitungan aspek keuangan dihasilkan NPV positif sebesar Rp.26.024.201.020BEP didapatkan hasil Rp. 23.259.967.315 dan BCR mendapatkan nilai 1.44% dan Payback period jatuh pada tahun ke 2 bulan ke 1.Kata kunci : BCR, BEP, NPV, Payback Period.ABSTRACTIncreased public awareness of the importance of education, especially higher education is very encouraging for children who are eager to continue in college and most Indonesian children have aspirations to get the best degree.Sam Ratulangi University is one of the best PTNs in Indonesia, especially the eastern part of the city of Manado. In each year the University has increased the number of students so rapidly and each year the faculty of economics at the University is very much in demand because the University is also a State University and has an alma mater that has practically a name in Indonesia especially in Eastern Indonesia so it is ideal for the campus to build a new building to anticipate more and more students because the campus also still has available land to build buildings.For this reason, in this study the researchers tried to find out how much investment was needed and to assess the investment feasibility of the campus building. To measure the level of eligibility not only in the calculation of financial aspects but also analyze other aspects. From the calculation of financial aspects produced a positive NPV of Rp.26,024,201,020 BEP obtained Rp. 23,259,967,315 and BCR get a value of 1.44% and the Payback period falls in the 2nd year of the 1st month.Keywords: BCR, BEP, NPV, Payback Period." @default.
