- W3095068051 abstract "目的: 探讨工作-家庭冲突与护士离职意愿的关系以及工作满意度和生活满意度在两者间的中介作用。 方法: 采用横断面调查法,于2018年8至11月,随机选取647名护士为研究对象,采用《工作-家庭冲突量表》《工作满意度问卷》《生活满意度问卷》和《离职意愿量表》进行测量,应用相关性分析、多元回归分析和结构方程模型进行数据处理。 结果: 护士感知到的工作对家庭冲突(3.54±0.77)分,家庭对工作冲突(2.68±0.69)分,工作满意度(3.19±0.71)分,生活满意度(3.11±0.77)分,离职意愿(2.44±0.82)分;工作对家庭冲突、家庭对工作冲突与工作满意度、生活满意度均呈负相关,与离职意愿均呈正相关(P<0.01);工作满意度、生活满意度与离职意愿均呈负相关(P<0.01)。工作-家庭冲突对护士离职意愿的预测可通过工作满意度和生活满意度的中介进行,中介效应分别为0.10和0.08(P<0.05);工作-家庭冲突还可以通过生活满意度,经工作满意度的链式中介预测护士离职意愿,链式中介效应为0.09(P<0.05)。 结论: 生活满意度和工作满意度在护士工作-家庭冲突与离职意愿间起链式中介作用,工作满意度和生活满意度降低是工作-家庭冲突诱发护士产生离职意愿的内在原因。." @default.
