• W3095588093 abstract "أستحوذ مفهوم جودة الحياة فى الفترات الأخيرة على اهتمام الباحثين فى شتى المجالات، وتختص هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة هذا المفهوم من الناحية العمرانية بالترکيز على المجتمعات الريفية وبخاصة القرى المتاخمة للمدن. تلک القرى التى تعانى من العديد من المشکلات، ومن أهمها مشکلة الزيادة السکانية وما يصاحبها من زيادة معدلات الزحف العمرانى على الأراضى الزراعية عالية الجودة بما يزيد کثيرا عما يستصلح سنويا. حيث تتحول هذه القرى فى أحيان کثيرة إلى أقطاب جاذبة غير طاردة لسکانها بما يشمل فى ذلک الفئة الميسورة والتى تتمسک غالبا بالبقاء فى تلک القرى وهى الفئة المالکة لغالبية أراضى القرية وصاحبة التصرف وبالتالى صاحبة التأثير الأکبر على زيادة معدل تآکل الأراضى الزراعية، وتشوه عمران القرى. لذا تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحليل مؤشرات جودة الحياة لتلک الفئة الميسورة فى إحدى القرى المتاخمة للمدن (قرية ناهيا) کقاعدة بيانات أساسية تؤخذ فى الاعتبار عند دراسة هذه المشکلة واقتراح الحلول لها. تتکون منهجية البحث من محورين أساسيين أولهما: المحور النظرى، ويشمل استنباط المفاهيم الخاصة بالقرى المتاخمة للمدن وخصائصها، والتعرف على الفئة الميسورة من السکان وکيفية تصنيفها، ثم دراسة مفهوم جودة الحياة وأبعادها ومؤشراتها المختلفة، واستنتاج مؤشرات القياس الخاصة بجودة الحياة فى تلک القرى. وثانيهما: المحور التطبيقى، والذى يشمل تحليل مؤشرات القياس المختلفة عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات تتمثل فى تحليل الاحصاءات والتقارير، وتطبيق استمارة استبيان خاصة بالفئة الميسورة، وتدوين الملاحظات، والقيام بالمقابلات الشخصية. وبالتالى الوصول إلى النتائج الخاصة بتلک الورقة من حيث استنتاج أهم مؤشرات جودة الحياة فى تلک القرى وبخاصة للفئة الميسورة من سکانها والتى نجدها هى الدافعة لبقائهم حيث تحقيق جودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة: الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والعمرانية ..وغيرها The concept of quality of life has recently captured the interest of researchers in various fields, and this research is concerned with studying this concept from an urban perspective, focusing on rural communities, especially villages around big cities. Those villages that always suffer from overpopulation and rapid associated urban sprawl on high-quality agricultural lands. They often turn into poles that attract inhabitants, due to their location, including the privileged income groups, who often adhere to stay there unwilling to migrate, as they are the owners of most of the lands and thus have the greatest influence on the rapid loss of agricultural lands and the urban distortion of these villages. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the quality of life indicators for the privileged income group in Nahia village as a case study. The research methodology consists of two main parts. First, the theoretical part, which includes the identification of the concepts and characteristics of such villages and affluent groups, then studying the concept of quality of life with its various dimensions and indicators. Thus, deducing the indicators of measuring the quality of life in those villages. The second part represents the empirical study, which focuses on the analysis of the quality of life indicators in Nahia, depending on field surveys. Consequently, the results conclude the most important indicators of the quality of life in those villages with its various dimensions: social, economic, urban and others, especially those affecting the resilience of the privileged income groups." @default.
