• W3100163865 abstract "يصف هذا البحث أبعاد بناء القدرات المؤسسية کآلية لمساعدة مؤسسات الصحة النفسية علي تحقيق أهدافها وتتمثل تلک الأبعاد في التخطيط الاستراتيجي، إدارة الموارد البشرية، إدارة البرامج، إدارة الموارد المالية، التنسيق مع المؤسسات الأخري وعليه فهذا البحث يهدف إلى تحديد مدي استفادة مؤسسات الصحة النفسية من عمليات بناء القدرات الخاصة بـــــ (التخطيط الاستراتيجي للبرامج ــ إدارة الموارد البشرية ــ إدارة البرامج ـــ إدارة الموارد المالية ـــ التنسيق مع المؤسسات الأخرى) في مساعدتها علي تحقيق أهدافها .وتوصلت الدراسة في أهم نتائجها أن مستوى أبعاد بناء القدرات المؤسسية بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية لمساعدتها علي تحقيق أهدافها مرتفعا ، کما أکدت نتائج الدراسة أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي، إدارة الموارد البشرية من أهم أبعاد بناء القدرات المؤسسية بمؤسسات الصحة النفسية لمساعدتها علي تحقيق أهدافها، وتبين انه يوجد بعض المعوقات التي تواجه إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في مساعدة مؤسسات الصحة النفسية علي تحقيق أهدافها وتتمثل في عدم زيادة العلاقات والاتصالات الفاعلة مع الجهات المؤثرة في المجتمع، عدم دعم برامج التمويل وتعبئة الموارد المالية ،وکان من أهم المقترحات اللازمة لتفعيل إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في مساعدة مؤسسات الصحة النفسية علي تحقيق أهدافها نشر ثقافة التميز المؤسسي للعاملين في المؤسسات النفسية، الاهتمام بالتعليم والتدريب المستمر للعاملين لرفع کفاءتهم, کما أکدت الدراسة على أهمية بناء القدرات في مساعدة مؤسسات الصحة النفسية علي تحقيق أهدافها This research describes the dimensions of institutional capacity building as a mechanism to help mental health institutions achieve their goals. These dimensions are strategic planning, human resources management, program management, financial resources management, coordination with other institutions, and accordingly this research aims to determine the extent to which mental health institutions benefit from operations. Capacity building for (strategic planning for programs - human resources management - program management - financial resources management - coordination with other institutions) in helping them achieve their goals. The study found in its most important results that the level of the institutional capacity building dimensions in mental health institutions to help them achieve their goals is high. The results of the study also confirmed that strategic planning, human resource management is one of the most important dimensions of building institutional capacity in mental health institutions to help them achieve their goals. The obstacles facing the institutional capacity building contributions in helping mental health institutions achieve their goals are not to increase effective relationships and contacts with influential actors in society, not to support funding programs and mobilize financial resources, and One of the most important proposals needed to activate the contributions of building institutional capacities in helping mental health institutions achieve their goals was to spread the culture of institutional excellence for workers in psychological institutions, to pay attention to continuous education and training for workers to raise their efficiency, and the study emphasized the importance of capacity building in helping mental health institutions achieve their goals ." @default.
