Stability extraction by re-test method on a sample of professors of the Arabic Language Department amounted to (20) teaching staff, the stability factor reached (0.83), and the researchers used the appropriate statistical methods in data analysis and statistically processing, including Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test for one sample, and t-test for two independent samples The results showed that the teachers have problems in applying modern strategies, the results also showed that the faculty of arts have more problems in applying the strategies than those of the College of Education for Humanities. 1- The number of paragraphs that were considered problems facing the application of modern strategies in the College of Education for Humanities reached (21) items which constitute a percentage of 78% of the total number of paragraphs, and in the College of Arts (20) paragraphs which constitute a percentage of (74%) of the total number of paragraphs, while the number of paragraphs that are not considered to be problems facing the application of modern strategies in the College of Education for Humanities is (6) items, and it constitute (22%) of the total number of paragraphs. 2- The overall rate of problems facing the application of modern strategies in the College of Education for Humanities was (3.49), weighted, and (69.8) grade. And in the College of Arts (3.50) weighted medium and (70) grade weight. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the two research samples in the College of Education for Humanities and the College of Arts.
