- W3103682375 abstract "The study addressed transformational leadership influence on the commitment for organizational innovation through moderation effect of public service motivation (PSM) within public-sector organizations. It was conducted to Korean public-sector employees at both central and local level of government. The research was based on the transformational leadership principle referring to those previous studies. Based on the collected data through public employee perception survey, the author applied regression analysis to find-out causal relationships among latent variables. The result found that transformational leadership has significant influence onto organizational innovation as the outcome. Then, organizational commitment played a positive mediating role to the relationships of the latent and outcome constructs. Moreover, moderation effects of PSM also showed significant impacts. The results implied that significant influences existed in this study and proposed to bring about policy contribution in Korean public-sector organizations and beyond. Implications and practical phenomena for further studies were also suggested." @default.
