• W3104779460 abstract "Entrepreneur needs to acknowledge the important of entrepreneurial characteristics. PT Coldstorindo Jaya Perkasa is a company that engages in cold storage business located at North Jakarta, Muara Baru and has face problem in decreasing revenue from low entrepreneurial characteristics.Entrepreneur has personal characteristics that is important for company by feeling passionate, adventurous and ability for manage and lead the company to success.For this study, this research has used quantitative research, descriptive research, causal research and census for collect and analyze data with total research object for census are 32 respondents. Based from calculation result of validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test has passed the criteria for the test. Entrepreneurial characteristics has effect on firm performance from the hypothesis t-test that has accept the Ha hypothesis, regression equation result is Y=8.719+0.797(X) and coefficient determination test has shown that 53.8% entrepreneurial characteristics can affect firm performance.From the result of this study, the recommendation that the writer can suggest for the company is to do online advertisement, set high standards, invest on technology, improve service quality and training for the purpose on maximizing the entrepreneurial characteristics and firm performance/ Pengusaha perlu mengerti akan pentingnya karakteristik kewirausahaan. PT Coldstorindo Jaya Perkasa adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bekerja dalam bidang pendinginan yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, Muara Baru dan mengalami penuruan dalam pendapatan dikarenakan rendahnya karakteristik kewirausahaan.Pengusaha punya karakteristik tersendiri yang penting untuk perusahaan seperti dengan keinginan yang kuat, sangat pemberani dan mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengkontrol dan memimpin perusahaan untuk sukses.Untuk penelitian ini sudah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian deskriptif, penelitian kausal dan sensus untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dengan total objek penelitian dengan sensus adalah 32 orang.Berdasarkan hasil kalkulasi dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedasticity telah lulus dari kriteria untuk uji-uji tersebut. karakteristik kewirausahaan bisa mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dalam uji t hipotesa dengan menunjukkan menerima Ha, regresi linear menunjukkan hasil Y=8.719+0.797(X) dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 53.8% karakteristik kewirausahaan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan.Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis merekomendasikan beberapa poin untuk perusahaan dilakukan adalah melakukan iklan secara online, melakukan workshop training, standar yang tinggi dan meningkatkan teknologi perusahaan akan mendorong karakteristik kewirausahaan dan kinerja perusahaan" @default.
