- W3106651736 abstract "Nowadays, company always look for leader who can encourages his or her followers to do their best for their work. The company needs a leader who can make changes and observe the performances of the employees. The purpose of this research is to find out either there is influence of leader who apply transformational leadership styles on employees’ performance. By implying transformational leadership style, the company expects the leader to have a positive impact on the performance of employees. There are four indicators that can influence transformational leaders are idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. There are three indicators of employees’ performance are job performance, teamwork, and task functions. This research uses quantitative models, conduct research using questionnaires and applied census method for the population test. Questionnaires distributed by the writer via google form links to PT Isuindomas Putra Medan employees. The number of pretest participants are 30 people which is different from main test participants and the number of main test participants are 90 people.Based on the calculation, the result has passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, the linear regression is Y=14.301 + 0.539X and the coefficient of determination result is 36.7%. The accepted hypothesis is Ha (alternative hypothesis).The conclusion of this research is transformational leadership can affect employee performance. Leader can influence the employees by communicate with the employees about the transformation that they need to do and leader also motivate employees when they need it./Pada masa ini, perusahaan selalu mencari seorang pemimpin yang dapat mendorong pengikutnya untuk melakukan yang terbaik dalam pekerjaan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah seorang pemimpin yang menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari pekerja di PT Isuindomas Putra Medan.Terdapat empat indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi transformasional leadership yaitu pengaruh yang ideal, motivasi yang inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual dan pertimbangan terhadap keperluan individual. Terdapat tiga indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari pekerja yaitu performa pekerjaan, kerjasama dalam tim dan mengerti akan fungsi dari tugas yang diberikan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model quantitative, melakukan penelitian dengan mendistribusikan questioner dan menggunakan metode sensus untuk populasi. kuesioner yang didistribusikan oleh penulis melalui tautan google form ke karyawan PT Isuindomas Putra Medan. Jumlah peserta sebelum penelitian ada 30 orang yang berbeda dari peserta penelitian dan jumlah peserta penelitian ada 90 orang.Dalam penelitian ini, data-data kuesioner yang telah dihitung melalui tes validitas, tes realiabilitas, tes normalitas, tes linearitas, dan tes heteroskedastisitas tersebut melewati kriteria pengujian, regresi linier adalah Y=14.301 + 0.539X dan hasil determinasi koefisien adalah 36.7%, sehingga hipotesa yang diterima adalah Ha (hipotesa alternatif).Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan berkomunikasi dengan karyawan tentang perubahan yang perlu mereka lakukan." @default.
