• W3107014798 abstract "يعاني كثير من الباحثين والقراء من أزمة تداخل المفاهيم؛ لاسيما ما يتعلق بالمفاهيم التي تكون أكثر عرضة للهجوم من غيرها، مثل مفهوم الجهاد، وذلك في ظل نداءات العالم الحديث بالتنديد بالإرهاب، إلى درجة تم زحزحة تلك المفاهيم فيها عن موضعها؛ بل ليس من قبيل المبالغة أن تصل هذه الزحزحة إلى درجة الإحلال، فيلتبس الأمر تارة على الباحثين، وتارة أخرى على القارئ أو طالب العلم، لذلك يهدف البحث إلى التطرق إلى عامل جوهري مهم، وهو عنصر الثقافة الغالبة وأثره على المفاهيم، حيث إنها تعمل على تشكيل الفكر والوعي والإدراك، فتتداخل المفاهيم إلى الدرجة التي تجعل الباحث أو القارئ يبحث عن مخرج منها بإخضاع الأصل للفرع، فيفقد البحث مضمونه وقيمته، لذا فإن هذا البحث موجه إلى القارئ الواعي، حتى لا يكون ضحية التضليل الناتج عن سوء الفهم، ببيان حقيقة أثر الثقافة العامة على المفاهيم الشرعية وفيها نموذج لمفهومي الجهاد والإرهاب، حتى يتحرى القارئ الدقة فيما يمكن أن تتناقله الأقلام وفق الأهواء أو المؤثرات التي تهدد أصولا ثابتة في الشريعة الإسلامية، وخلطها بما لا يمكن أن تلتقي معه على خط واحد.مستخدمة في ذلك المنهج التاريخي: بدراسة المفاهيم وقت النشأة، والمنهج الوصفي: بوصف المشكلة محل البحث، والمنهج التحليلي: بتحليل المعطيات المحيطة بالمفهوم وأثر الثقافة الغالبة، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، وأهمها؛ رصد التأثر بالثقافة الغربية أو العلمانية وغيرها في كتابات بعض الباحثين كالدكتور خالد محمد، والدكتور الجابري، فالأول عمل على نقض الجهاد كتأثر بالثقافة الغربية (أفعال الكنيسة)، والثاني تأثر بالعلمانية فعمل على وضعها وفق التراث الإسلامي.Most researchers and readers suffer from concepts’ overlapping dilemma; especially for concepts that are susceptible to attacks more than the others, such as: The Jihad concept during times where the world is calling to denounce terrorism; to the point where these concepts were shifted from their positions, and it is not an exaggeration that shifting these concepts reaches substitution, which may confuse researchers, readers, or students. This research aims to study the predominant culture as an essential factor and its influence on Islamic concepts specifically. This factor that reflects the society’s in a period of time, and its influence that undoubtedly shapes the thoughts, awareness, and perception, to the point where concepts overlap leading the researcher or the reader to look for a way-out by subduing the origin to the branch. As a consequence, the research loses its essence and value, so this research is aimed to the conscious reader, in order to avoid being a victim to misleading understanding, by clarifying the true influence of general culture on Islamic concepts. This research includes an example of Jihad and Terrorism concepts, so that the reader examines the accuracy in what is written according to whims and that threatens the fixed origins of Islamic laws and mixing it with what it cannot be mixed with.This research uses the historical approach to study the concepts at the time of their establishment, the descriptive approach to describe the problem of focus, and the analytical approach to analyze the available data with regards to the concept and the influence of the predominant culture. This study reaches a few conclusions: observing the influence of the Western, Secular, or other cultures in the writings of some researchers, such as dr. Khalid Mohammad, and dr. Al-Jabiry. The first worked on repealing Jihad as an influence of the Western culture (church activities), while the latter was influenced by the Secular culture and tried to put it according to the Islamic culture." @default.
