- W3108805587 abstract "In the last decade, nanobiotechnology has emerged as an interdisciplinary, independent, and fascinating field of research. The applications of nanoparticles in biomedical science have revealed new avenues that could bring lifesaving solutions and improve the quality of life. It is also a flourishing field that provides a novel way to fabricate nanoparticles exploring biological sources. This chapter provides an insight into multidrug resistance problems due to generation-resistant strains, and the biosynthesis of sulfur nanoparticles using different biomaterials, their application, and possible mode of action. The activity of nanoparticles can also be enhanced by their use in combination with existing antibiotics. Nanotechnology will provide a viable alternative for the development of a long-term strategy to tackle the problems of multidrug resistance." @default.
