Acara mappande sasi’ dilaksanakan pada pagi hari sampai selesainya acara berlangsung dan adapun p rosesi pelaksanaan nya yang pertama pengumpulan dana, kedua pemotongan ayam, ketiga menghanyutkan makanan, ke empat makan bersama, dan kelima pelepasan lomba perahu sandeq (perahu tercepat Sulawesi Barat).Tradisi mappande sasi’ merupakan salah satu tradisi masyarakat yang diyakini oleh masyarakat para nelayan untuk menolak bencana selama melakukan aktivitas melaut." @default.
