- W3111333034 abstract "The rapid growth of electrical energy consumption over the globe urges to carryout intense research on innovative electrode materials for supercapacitor electrode application. Till date, varieties of carbon-based nanocomposites have been tested to achieve high performance in supercapacitors. Among these, graphene is considered as a candidate utilized due to its unparallel physiochemical characteristics. The graphene has modified such as reduced graphene oxide to produce the better bonding with different materials including metal nanoparticles, metal oxides, conducting polymer, and some biopolymers. Recently, ternary composite materials (three different materials in a single system) evolved to produce enhancement in electrochemical features of supercapacitors. There are many methods that were adopted to blending three different materials for fabrication of ternary composite and tested for supercapacitor application. This chapter details the fabrication and characterization of graphene-based ternary composite materials towards supercapacitor electrode applications." @default.
