It is found that the EuSr2RuCu2O8 compound exhibits a ferromagnetic order of Ru moments below Tc=130.2K, and becomes superconducting at a much lower temperature Tc=35K, and shows the typical characteristics of underdoped high-Tc superconductors. The ferromagnetic transition temperature and superconducting transition temperature decrease with increasing the substitution concentration x value of Ta for Ru. The effect of element substitution, the coexistence of magnetism and superconductivity in this system are discussed in detail.
