- W3113308220 abstract "肿瘤起源二元论与生命密码是基于胚胎发育学、病理学和分子生物学的人类肿瘤发生的全新理论。从发育生物学角度看，生命延续和启动是一个生命周期，该周期受生殖细胞大小调控。生命延续的必要前提是具备人体最大的细胞——卵细胞，而新生命启动的必要环节是受精卵经历由大变小的卵裂过程进而产生相对小体积的胚胎干细胞，然后进行不同胚层的分化与增殖而诞生新生命。从病理学的角度看，百年来病理学家观察到的肿瘤可归结为两大表型：分化型和未分化型（或分化差型）。前者起源于正常生命周期，受精卵卵裂致胚胎发生、发育过程中分化受阻将产生相应的分化型肿瘤；而后者起源于体细胞在压力因素下形成的老化巨细胞。肿瘤像一个“怪胎”，理论上起源于老化巨细胞的“怪胎”和正常胚胎发生早期过程相似，需经历细胞增大再变小的“卵裂”过程。巨细胞的核内复制和分裂过程与卵裂酷似，但其以出芽、裂解、大爆炸的方式产生的细胞无法像受精卵或胚胎那样正常分化，而是形成未分化肿瘤。细胞大小的变化伴随核质比及倍体的变化，像密码一样，在卵裂或无丝分裂过程中决定了新生命的诞生与肿瘤的发生。肿瘤起源二元论与生命密码阐述了分化型肿瘤与未分化肿瘤的发生机制及其与生命周期的关系，首次将人类肿瘤起源和生命周期统一起来。本文在此概括性介绍该理论，为肿瘤研究乃至治疗提供全新思路和潜在靶点。." @default.
