The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of millennialworkforce’s attitude, working environment, organizational commitment, transformationalleadership and the achievement of job satisfaction. The population is consisted of employees fromvarious sectors of professions in Indonesia. The sample determination is done through SimpleRandom Sampling and the analysis technique is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The resultsindicate that working environment has the most significant influence on transformationalleadership compared to employee attitude and organizational commitment in order to improve theachievement of the job satisfaction. Organization need understand the migration of the millennialgeneration that are going to take over the management positions from the earlier generation,organizations also need to pay more attention on the perceptions of the millennial workforce andalso the working environment in order to improve their job satisfaction and obtain bettercommitment to the organization." @default.
