- W3117408051 abstract "This study aims to determine and analyze the forms and legal remedies for legal protection for children who are forced to work.This legal research uses statute approach.The results of the study proved that children who were forced to work due to economic factors had not received maximum legal protection.Lack of data on the presence of children who are forced to work resulted in the decrease of level of supervision and law enforcement.The implication of the research is that the government must immediately create a rule of law or policy that protects children who are forced to work so that their future is guaranteed as qualified citizens. ==============================================Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk dan upaya hukum perlindungan hukum bagi anak-anak yang dipaksa bekerja.Penelitian hukum ini menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa anak-anak yang terpaksa bekerja karena ekonomi faktor belum mendapat perlindungan hukum yang maksimal.Kekurangan data keberadaan anak-anak yang terpaksa pekerjaan mengakibatkan turunnya tingkat pengawasan dan penegakan hukum.Implikasi dari penelitian tersebut adalah pemerintah harus segera membuat aturan hukum atau kebijakan yang melindungi anak-anak yang dipaksa bekerja sehingga bahwa masa depan mereka dijamin sebagai warga negara yang berkualitas." @default.
