- W3118172671 abstract "Purpose of the work is experimental verification of adequacy for mathematical models of external loading forming and inside loads in force elements of band loop frame load carry system for articulated container truck on pneumatic wheels perception and transfer. The electro-strain gauge method is used in an experimental study of the stress-strain state of structural members. The «Topaz-3» amplifier and the К12-22 oscilloscope is used to carry out the experimental study, the standard strain gauge equipment. The tension of the load-bearing elements of the drag carrier system is characterized by three characteristic modes: the movement of a container ship along the unevenness of technological roads on a horizontal section of the road – a design case for frame side members in the longitudinal plane; oblique collision on a high curb – a design case for spars in the plane of the frame and the cross member in the plane of the frame and in the transverse plane; starting from a place forward with an insurmountable obstacle in front of the wheels of a semitrailer – a design case for a cross member in the plane of the frame. An experimental study of the loading of the tow bar bearing system of an articulated container ship semitrailer with a carrying capacity of 500 kg is carried out in accordance with the developed program and methodology. An experimental study of an articulated container carrier with a drag frame on a pneumatic wheel was confirmed by the legitimacy of the developed mathematical model of the formation of external loads, the perception and transmission of internal forces, the adopted design scheme of the carrying system of the semitrailer. The applied strain-gauge method has confirmed its reliability and durability. The difference between the tensometric and experimental profiling loads and stresses in the characteristic and dangerous sections of the semitrailer bearing system does not exceed 14.8%.Since the experimental study confirms the correctness of the main provisions of the developed mathematical model, they can be used as the basis for a new methodology for designing the bearing systems of container ships with a drag frame." @default.
