Представлены модель, структура и содержание организации чемпионатов WorldSkills, в которых первым этапом становится занятие-конкурс (занятие-КПМ), применяемый как контрольно-проверочное занятие по завершении каждого профессионального модуля (ПМ) и курса обучения, что повышает объективность диагностики освоения компетенций. Данная методика способствует более эффективному взаимодействию образовательной организации предприятия, что способствует активизации учебно-познавательной и творческой деятельности обучающихся, педагогов и наставников и стимулированию мотивации саморазвития личности. Предлагаемая методика, в отличие от традиционного подхода, создает более благоприятные условия для обмена опытом, повышения квалификации, интеграции инновационных компетенций. Актуальность исследуемой проблемы обусловлена необходимостью формирования готовности и способности выпускника к деятельности в условиях современного инновационно развивающегося производства. В результате применения данной методики повысилось качество обучения, что проявилось в итоговой государственной аттестации, когда до 15 – 20% выпускников аттестовывались на пятый квалификационный разряд. The article is devoted to the formation of innovative competencies of students and teachers in the competitive WorldSkills movement as the most important factor in improving the system of training workers based on the use of the integrated potential of dual training (DO) and design and creative activities (PTD). The model, structure and content organization of WorldSkills competitions, in which the first step is class competition (class-PCF) used as a verification activity at the end of each professional module (PM) and of course, what increases the objectivity of the diagnosis of the development of competencies. This technique promotes more efficient interaction of the educational organization of the enterprise, thereby enhancing the educational and creative activities of students, teachers and mentors and the stimulation of motivation of self-development. The proposed methodology, in contrast to the traditional approach, creates more favorable conditions for the exchange of experience, professional development, and integration of innovative competencies. The relevance of the problem under examination is due to the need to form the readiness and ability of graduates to work in the conditions of modern innovative production. As a result of implementing this method, the quality of training has improved, which was manifested in the final state certification, when up to 15 – 20% of graduates were certified for the fifth qualification category.
