• W3120065166 abstract "본 연구에서는 30대 강직성 척추염 환자를 대상에게 증상 완화를 목적으로 12주간 80분간의 주 4회 움직임 재활운동을 실시하였고, 신체 조성(체중, 체지방량, 골격근량, 복부지방률, BMI, 체지방률), 심리적 안정(우울, 불안, 절망), 통증에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 양적, 질적 연구의 방법으로 알아보았다. 양적 분석의 경우 사전·사후 측정을 통해 분석이 되었고, IBM SPSS 26을 이용하여 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon’s signed-rank test)을 실시하였다(유의수준 0.05). 신체 조성의 경우 Inbody 270 체성분 분석기를 통하여 분석하였으며, 심리적 요인의 경우 K-BDI-Ⅱ, K-BAI, K-BHS 척도를 통해 분석하였다. 마지막으로 통증의 경우 VSA척도를 통해 수치를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과 신체 조성인 체중, 체지방량, 복부지방률, BMI, 체지방률은 감소하였고, 골격근량은 증가하여 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 심리적 요인의 경우 우울, 불안, 절망의 요인들의 모든 요소에게 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 질적 분석의 경우 사전, 중간, 사후 심층면담을 통해 내용을 분석하였고, 신체적 증상 완화가 심리적 안정에 도움이 되었다고 하여 양적 결과와 비례하는 결과를 나타냈다. 그러나 관련한 연구가 부족하여 일반화시키는 데 어려움이 있어 환자 케이스를 고려한 다양한 종류의 연구들이 개발되어야 할 것으로 사료되는 바이다.The purpose of this study was to relieve symptoms in ankylosing spondylitis patients in their thirties through combined rehabilitation exercise program four sessions a week, 80 minutes per session for 12 weeks and determine how it affected body composition (weight, fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, abdominal fat ratio, BMI, and body fat percentage), psychological stability (depression, anxiety, and hopelessness), and pain both quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative analysis was carried out through pretest and posttest and the Inbody 270 body composition analyzer was used for body composition. K-BDI- , K-BAI, and K-BHS scales were used to analyze the psychological factors and the VSA scale was used to determine the pain level. As for body composition, weight, fat mass, the abdominal fat ratio, BMI, the body fat percentage decreased, indicating positive effects in general. As for the psychological factors, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, pain decreased, each indicating positive changes. As for the qualitative analysis, content analysis was performed through in-depth interview before, during, and after the research; relieving physical symptoms was found to contribute to psychological stability, which was consistent with the quantitative results. These results can hardly be generalized because of the lack of relevant research; therefore, it is necessary to develop many kinds programs." @default.
