Peneliti menemukan pemuridan yang Tuhan Yesus ajarkan menuntun pada proses kepemimpinan diri seseorang, yaitu proses kepemimpinan diri yang didasarkan pada takut akan Tuhan dan memenuhi rencana-Nya dikehidupan siswa-siswi. Untuk itu peneliti menggabungkan cara pemuridan yang diterapkan Steve Murrell pada bukunya Wikichurch yang penerapkan 4 nilai-nilai (4E) pemuridan yaitu: Relasional (Engage), Spiritual (Establish), Intensional (Equip), Misional (Empowering) dalam proses pembelajaran agama Kristen yang terintegrasi dengan pelajaran pendidikan karakter sebagai upaya peningkatan kepemimpinan diri anak sejak dini di Sekolah Pilar Bangsa Cipondoh Tangerang. Dalam prosesnya guru menuntun siswa untuk memahami keputusan atas tindakan siswa yang umumnya dipengaruhi oleh emosi di dalam diri mereka. Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas ini beriringan dengan observasi yang di susun dalam refleksi peneliti berdasarkan peristiwa-peristiwa yang dianggap penting, juga diobservasi berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen yang terlampir. Disetiap siklusnya diadakan pemikiran dan perencanaan tindakan lanjut yang dianggap penting. Proyek-proyek diberikan kepada siswa berupa penerapan secara nyata akan tugas dan panggilan seorang Kristen dalam beberapa tahapan yang penulis yakini sebagai bagian dari proses kepemimpinan diri. Dalam prosesnya peneliti memanfaatkan kegagalan menjadi sarana batu loncatan untuk guru mengarahkan kepemimpinan diri siswa-siswi (Equip, Empowering), hasilnya terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar, pola prilaku dan disiplin yang lebih baik berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti. / This research was conducted as an effort to improve student self-leadership, children aged 9-10 years are expected to affect their character, spirituality and mentality. Researchers find discipleship that the Lord Jesus teaches leads to one's own leadership process, which is a process of self-leadership that is based on the fear of God and fulfilling His plans in the lives of students. For this reason, researchers combine the discipleship method applied by Steve Murrell in his book Wikichurch which applies the 4 values (4E) of discipleship, namely: Relational (Engage), Spiritual (Establish), Intensional (Equip), Misional (Empowering) in the process of learning Christianity which integrated with character education lessons as an effort to improve children's self-leadership early on in the Cipondoh Pillar Nation School in Tangerang. In the process the teacher guides students to understand decisions about student actions that are generally influenced by emotions within themselves. The implementation of this class action together with observations arranged in the reflection of researchers based on events that are considered important, also observed based on the attached documents. Each cycle is carried out thinking and planning further actions that are considered important. Projects are given to students in the form of a real application of the task and calling of a Christian in several stages which the author believes is part of the process of self-leadership. In the process the researcher utilizes failure as a stepping stone tool for teachers directing students’ self-leadership (Equip, Empowering), the result is an increase in motivation to learn, better behavior patterns and discipline based on researchers' observations." @default.
