The aim of this paper is to analyze the roles of HR department in innovative enterprises using model of Dave Ulrich model. This paper presents results of a study conducted in 81 innovative enterprises, which implemented at least one innovation. Conducted study shows that in innovative enterprises the largest share in HR department roles was played subsequently by employee champion, administrative expert, change agent and strategic partner. Moreover, strong correlations between the role of a change agent and administrative expert, strategic partner and change agent, as well as strategic partner and employee champion were observed." @default.
