With the background of these problems, this study tries to change the method of point welding by using a TIG welding model that is directly emphasized on the material. Electric cCurrent variations used 90, 100, 110 A are used to connect the single lap joint model to stainless steel grade 304 with 2 mm thick material held for 5 seconds. The data is taken by tensile strength test results by analyzing macro metallography to see the bonding of the material. Welding results with 90 amperes of deepest penetration with a tensile strength of 408.5 N / mm2.nn" @default.
