• W3128125913 abstract "The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) deficient knee is the knee whose ACL was reconstructed by arthroscopy, a situation characterized by the disappearance of almost all of the ligament (including mecanoceptors that are part of it), except the insertion represented by heads of ligament, resulting in a knee with a proprioception deficiency, mostly due to traumatic joint deafferentation.            A partial or complete ACL tear is a minor event in the life of a person, but with major implications for its functional status, physical therapy accompanies an individual with an ACL deficient knee in carrying daily activities throughout his life.            Functional disturbances due to proprioceptive imbalance of an ACL deficient knee are affecting the whole leg and further on the normal functioning of the entire body and requires adequate rehabilitation approach focused on stimulating the reorganization of proprioception on the affected knee.            Rezumat            Genunchiul cu un ligament incrucișat anterior deficitar (LIA) este genunchiul al carui LIA a fost reconstruit artroscopic, situație caracterizata prin dispariția aproape in totalitate a ligamentului (inclusiv a mecanoceptorilor care intra in alcatuirea sa), cu excepția unor bonturi reprezentate de capetele de inserție ale ligamentului, rezultând astfel un genunchi cu un ligament incrucișat anterior deficitar in ceea ce privește propriocepția, fapt datorat in cea mai mare masura dezaferentarii articulare traumatice.            Ruptura parțiala sau totala a LIA este un eveniment minor in viața unei persoane, dar cu implicații majore asupra statusului funcțional al acesteia, influența kinetoterapiei extinzându-se și in afara incintei in care se desfașoara ședințele de recuperare, insoțind subiectul cu un LIA deficitar in desfașurarea activitaților cotidiene pe parcursul intregii sale vieți.            Perturbarile funcționale aferente dezechilibrului proprioceptiv la nivelul genunchiului cu un LIA deficitar se rasfrâng asupra intregului membru inferior și mai departe asupra funcționalitații normale a organismului și impun o abordare recuperatorie adecvata, axata pe stimularea reorganizarii propriocepției la nivelul genunchiului afectat." @default.
