- W3128887410 abstract "The excellent properties of graphene-base quantum dots in bio-imaging have been well demonstrated. However, high efficiency intracellular delivery of quantum dots is still a challenge. In this paper, a novel method of transmembrane delivery of quantum dots is proposed. Results demonstrate controllable and rapid delivery of quantum dots can be realized taking advantage of the acoustic fluid generated by the thin-film bulk acoustic wave resonator, which can produce temporary nanopores on the cell membrane. Furthermore, the sensitivity of quantum dots to Fe <sup xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>3+</sup> is utilized to realize rapid intracellular Fe <sup xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>3+</sup> detection based on this system. The method proposed in this work has potential in promoting the efficiency of different kinds of drugs." @default.
