- W3132662020 abstract "To overcome the problems existing in the current H2O2 production process, photo-assisted H2O2 production by oxygen reduction was studied extensively. Ni-CAT, a 2D conductive hexagonal MOF, shows great potential for photocatalytic H2O2 production. However, it has not been developed and utilized as the main photocatalyst. Here, we constructed a C3N4 assisted Ni-CAT composite catalyst, which can achieve the H2O2 production by 2e− oxygen reduction reaction under visible light. During the reaction process, Ni-CAT is the main active component for oxygen reduction reaction, and the role of C3N4 is to assist Ni-CAT by providing electrons to inhibit its carrier recombination. This work opens up the application of 2D conductive MOFs in photocatalytic H2O2 production and provides a theoretical model for the design of MOFs-based photocatalyst." @default.
