• W3134433997 abstract "هدف هذا البحث  إلى الکشف عن درجة توافر مقومات العمل عن بعد في جامعة شقراء على ضوء جائحة کورونا (covid-19) ، ومعرفة المقترحات التي قد تسهم في توفير مقومات العمل عن بعد في جامعة شقراء، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي کما استخدم الاستبانة؛ أداة للدراسة، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من عمداء، ووکلاء، ومدراء الإدارات، بجامعة شقراء ، والبالغ عددهم (113)، واستخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وقام بتطبيق أداة الدراسة إلکترونيا على مجتمع الدراسة، بلغت عدد الردود (100) مستجيب، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها ما يلي: أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بدرجة عالية على درجة توافر مقومات العمل عن بعد في جامعة شقراء في ضوء جائحة  کورونا (covid-19) ، وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز العبارات التي حصلت على الموافقة بدرجة عالية في هذا المحور هي: يتم إعداد التقارير المطلوبة  بشکل دوري عن سير العمل والارتقاء به بشکل مستمر، يتم عقد اجتماعات المجالس المختصة ( القسم ، الکلية ، مجلس الجامعة ، عن طريق أنظمة العمل عن بعد في الأوقات المحددة لها، تباشر اللجان العلمية المختصة  أداء مهام  عملها عن بعد في أزمة کورونا. وکشفت النتائج  أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بدرجة کبيرة على أهم المقترحات التي تسهم في توفير مقومات العمل عن بعد في ضوء أزمة کورونا، وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز المقترحات، هي :امتلاک الجامعة لتطبيقات وأنظمة تقنية حديثة خاصة بها تتوفر فيها برامج أمن المعلومات، تزويد البوابة الإلکترونية بقاعدة بيانات ومعلومات تقنية متکاملة تسهل العمل عن بعد، تدريب العاملين على أنظمة العمل عن بعد وآليات استخدامها في العمل عن بعد. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية  في استجابات أفراد الدراسة نحو (فاعلية العمل عن بعد، أهم المقترحات) باختلاف متغير الوظيفة.  وفي ضوء هذه النتائج؛ أوصت الدراسة بوضع التشريعات واللوائح الإدارية المنظمة لاستخدام أنظمة وتطبيقات العمل عن بعد، وتزويد العاملين  بالمهارات  اللازمة للتعامل مع الأنظمة والبرامج التقنية المستخدمة في العمل عن بعد، وضرورة امتلاک  الجامعة لتطبيقات وأنظمة تقنية حديثة خاصة بها تتوفر فيها برامج أمن المعلومات. This study aims to identify the availability degree of telework components at ShaqraUniversity in light of Covid-19 pandemic. It also aims to identify proposals that may contribute to providing telework components at ShaqraUniversity. The researcher used a descriptive survey approach. He also used the questionnaire as a tool for his study. The study community consisted of deans, deputy deans, and department heads at ShaqraUniversity, whose number is 113. The researcher used the Complete Census style. He electronically applied the study to the study community. He got responses from 100 respondents. The study concluded a group of results, notable among these are: Study individuals agree with a high degree on “the availability degree of telework components at ShaqraUniversity in light of Covid-19 Pandemic”. Results showed that the most prominent phrases with high agree degree are: the required reports, of workflow and developing it, are being prepared periodically – meetings of competent boards (the department, the college, and the university board) were held through telework systems on time – the competent boards carry out its functions remotely under COVID-19. Results revealed that the study individuals agree with a high degree on the most important proposals that may contribute to providing telework components at ShaqraUniversity. Results showed that the most significant proposals are: The university has modern systems and applications with information security programs, providing the portal with an integrated database and technical information that make telework easy, to train staff on telework systems and techniques of using it in telework. Results showed that there are no statically significant differences within the study sample responses towards (the effectiveness of telework, the most significant proposals) with the difference of the job variable. In light of these results, the study recommended the following: To develop legislations and administrative regulations to regulate using telework systems and applications, To qualify staff with skills required to deal with systems and technology programs used in telework.
