- W3135695311 abstract "최근 호텔 산업에서 호텔 예약 플랫폼에 있는 방대한 고객 리뷰 정보를 분석하는 것이 필요해지고 있다. 하지만 방대한 양의 온라인 리뷰를 일일이 분석하는 것에는 한계가 있기 때문에 정보 공학에서 사용되는 감성 분석이나 토픽 모델링과 같은 여러 데이터 처리 방식을 통해 필요한 자료를 추출하고 유의미한 정보를 획득하고 있다. 기존 토픽 모델링을 활용한 온라인 호텔리뷰 연구는 LDA라는 방법론을 사용하였는데, 이 방법론을 통해 수천, 수만 건의 리뷰 속에서 그 리뷰들을 구성하는 다양한 주제를 추출하고 각 주제를 구성하는 중요 단어와 각각의 리뷰가 어떤 주제들로 구성되어 있는지 알 수 있었다. 그러나 기존 LDA를 활용한 연구는 리뷰 점수와 리뷰 내용간의 관계를 파악하지 못하는 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군집 간 차이까지 고려할 수 있는 DMR이라는 방법론을 사용하였다. 고객의 평가점수는 구매 태도 영향을 미치는 중요 정보로써, DMR을 통해 점수에 따른 주제 구성의 차이를 파악할 수 있다는 점이 본 연구의 장점이다. 국내 5성급 호텔 34개 20,094건의 리뷰를 분석한 결과 긍정주제 8개, 부정주제 6개를 통해 고객의 감성에 영향을 미치는 호텔속성을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 방법론을 활용하여 호텔 경영자는 고객의 불만족을 발생시키는 구체적인 호텔속성을 파악하고 적절한 피드백을 통해 고객의 만족도를 효과적으로 개선시킬 수 있을 것이다." @default.
