This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, with the mediation of trust to supervisors on employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data of 33 people, where the data is collected using a questionnaire method that is distributed to employees at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. The data testing technique used in this research is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique which is part of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the Sobel Test to test the mediation effect." @default.
