- W3138906857 abstract "Gender awareness between men and women that is not in line presents gender bias in the division of work in the domestic realm. Disappointment over the family institution which is not in favor of the female lead in the divorce judgment. Post-divorce, female educators face various crises and challenges. The crisis and the challenges faced by women educators encourage them to afford resilient in life. There are factors that encourage them to resilience. Therefore, this study aims to determine the crisis and challenges of post-divorce female educators, the resilience of post-divorce female educators, and the motivating factors for them able to resilience. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques: depth interviews and documentation. The results found: (1) crisis and challenges experienced after divorce manifested in psychological and economic burdens; (2) the resilience process of post-divorce is formed from their ability to regulate emotions, self-efficacy, and achieve success; and (3) the motivating factor for them being able to resilient is due to internal factor (self concept) and external factors (the existence of social activities as a medium for self-management, the presence of children and the support of friends as a place for various joys and sorrows). Thus, the reconstruction of understanding is needed related to the roles and responsibilities between husband and wife both in the domestic and public areas so that there is no double burden and the divorce rate can be minimized." @default.
