Finally, the vaccinovigilance program received 160 declarations following the application of various vaccines, mainly to dogs or cats. 250 Meldungen wurden im Jahr 2013 zu Reaktionen nach Anwendung von zugelassenen Tierarzneimitteln eingereicht (2012: 197). Wie in früheren Jahren betrafen die Reaktionen vorwiegend die Anwendung von Antiparasitika (46.4 %) oder Antiinfektiva (12.4 %). In 8.4 % der Meldungen waren Umwidmungen involviert, vorwiegend bei Katzen. Betroffene Zieltierarten waren Kleintiere (144 Meldungen betrafen Hunde, 53 Katzen) gefolgt von Rindern und Kälbern (40 Meldungen). 46 zusätzliche Meldungen wurden vom Schweizerischen Toxikologischen Informationszentrum (STIZ) in Zürich im Rahmen seiner Beratungstätigkeit aufgenommen und weiterbearbeitet. Schwerwiegende Reaktionen nach Anwendung von Prostaglandinanaloga bei Kühen sowie Reaktionen zu einem neuen Antiparasitikum mit dem Wirkstoff Amitraz für Hunde werden speziell vorgestellt. Ergänzend gingen bei der Vaccinovigilance Stelle des IVI 160 Meldungen zu Reaktionen nach Anwendungen von diversen Impfstoffen, vor allem bei Hunden und Katzen, ein.En 2013, 250 annonces de réactions après application de médicaments vétérinaires enregistrés ont été faites (2012: 197). Les catégories d'animaux concernés étaient les petits animaux (144 annonces concernant des chiens, 53 des chats) suivis par les bovins (40 annonces). 46 annonces supplémentaires ont été reçues et traitées par le Centre suisse d'informations toxicologiques (CSIT) de Zürich dans le cadre de ses activités de conseil. On présente plus en détail des graves réactions observées chez des vaches après l'application d'analogues de la prostaglandine ainsi que des réactions à un nouvel antiparasitaire pour chiens contenant de l'amitraze. En outre, 160 annonces de réactions après vaccination ont été enregistrées par la vaccinosurveillance de l'IVI, principalement chez des chiens et des chats.Nel 2013, sono state inoltrate 250 notifiche di reazioni dopo l'utilizzo di farmaci veterinari approvati (2012: 197). Inoltre, 46 ulteriori notifiche sono state ricevute ed elaborate nell'ambito della consulenza del Centro svizzero d'informazione tossicologica (CSIT) di Zurigo. Sono state presentate specificamente gravi reazioni dopo l'uso di prostaglandine nelle mucche e reazioni di un nuovo agente antiparassitario per cani contenente il principio attivo Amitraz. Infine ci sono state 160 notifiche per l'Istituto di vaccinovigilanza IVI per delle reazioni dopo l'impiego di vaccini diversi, soprattutto nei cani e nei gatti." @default.
