- W3146026020 abstract "In the analysis of proteins in human umbilical vein endothelial cells( HU VEC) treated w ith dimethyl sulfoxide( DM SO) and N EDD8-activating enzyme inhibitor( M LN 4924,M LN),the Progenesis LC-M S softw are( N onlinear Dynamics Ltd) w as applied to liquid chromatography spectrum alignment,w hile spectrum similarities w ere figured out among several experiments of the same sample,and also among different samples. After double enzymolysis,the sample w as added w ith digested Q conC AT standard proteins. T hey w ere separated by HPLC-M S / M S,follow ed by spectrum alignment and data analysis. T his established experiment flow offered a better identification result of more than 8 000 proteins, w hile the original result w as about 7 000 proteins,ensuring a relatively high identification efficiency. O n the basis of relative quantification w ith spectrum count,the described procedure can analyze the differential expression of proteins induced by DM SO and M LN. T he similarities of total ion chromatograms after alignment w ere also compared. T his method w as proved to be quick and easy,w ith the advantages of high throughput and high sensitivity." @default.
