- W3147242583 abstract "【Objective】The effects of nitrogen fertilization rate on ammonia volatilization(AV) in paddy field were studied to provide references for improving nitrogen application rate in paddy field.【Method】Both of the AV and nitrogen contents in surface water in double-rice cropping paddy field treated with various rates of nitrogen fertilizer were investigated using dynamic chamber method.【Result】The AV loss reached peak on the fifth day in early cropping rice at basal fertilizer stage,and reached the level of the control on the ninth day.AV loss peak value of late cropping rice and topdressing period saw its maximum on the first day of fertilizing.The total amount of AV loss was less at basal fertilizer than that at the panicle initiation stage,while was more in late cropping rice than that in early cropping rice.During the whole rice growing season,AV loss accounted for 12.99% and 21.79% of applied N for early cropping rice and late cropping rice,respectively.Meanwhile,AV loss and accumulative loss increased with the increase of application rate of nitrogen fertilizer in paddy field.However,AV loss rate reduced with the increasing of nitrogen fertilizer application rate.Correlation analysis revealed that the AV loss and nitrogen fertilizer application rate had extremely significant or significant positive linear relationship with the content of water ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and soluble total nitrogen.【Conclusion】The increasing amount of AV was mainly dominated by increase N content in water surface using N fertilizer.Therefore,the basic way for reducing AV may depend on the N content reducing in water by changing fertilizer features or applying fertilizer appropriately." @default.
