- W3149209380 abstract "[Objective] To investigate disinfection and sterilization methods in blood collection process of a blood station and monitoring effect. [Methods] Used composite method of disinfection for hands and skin: first, dipped hands and skin in 500mg / L chlorine disinfection solution for 5.0 min, then smeared by 2% iodine tincture for 1.0 min, and used 75% alcohol to remove iodine at last. The air was disinfected by ultraviolet radiation for 60 min. The method of wiping chlorine disinfectant solution was used to surface disinfection. Cleaned up seeping blood and dealt with contaminated objects immediately. According to the Technical Standard for Disinfection (2002) and assessment standers of class Ⅱ hospital environment in Technical Standard for Disinfection of Hospital ( GB15982-1995) , evaluated qualified rates of composite method, hand and skin disinfecion, air disinfection, surface disinfection before and after September, 2005. [Results] Qualified rates of hands and skin disinfection was 100% by composite method, 86.7% by iodophor smearing method. The qualified rate of air disinfection was 98.4%, and dropped to 63.7% after work was completed. The surface qualified rate improved year by year. The disinfection and sterilization qualified rate was 100% while blood seeped out. [Conclusion] The composite method is superior to iodophor smearing method for hands and skin. After disinfection, air quality will decrease in following activities. Surface disinfection achieves good results after strengthening training relevant staff. The disinfection and sterilization method is rational and effective." @default.
