- W3151152377 abstract "Abstract Rapidly developing micro- and nanotechnologies are making a significant contribution to the improvement of electrochemical biosensors. Nanomaterials have unique properties because of their dimensions and nanostructure. With good conductivity, catalytic ability, large specific–surface area, and unique optical properties, nanomaterials have been widely applied in electrochemical biosensors. The micro- and nanofabrication technologies also greatly improved traditional electrochemical biosensors. In this chapter, we present recent advances of micro- and nanotechnologies for electrochemical biosensor development such as microfluidics, graphene, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), and quantum dots. The introduction of these technologies has exceptional potential in the design of low-cost and portable electrochemical biosensors." @default.
