- W3151275737 abstract "新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の世界的大流行に伴い，国内外を問わず，感染予防目的で他者との接触を制限する風潮が続いている．日本でも2020年4月に緊急事態宣言が発出され，なるべく自宅内で生活し，外出を伴う活動の自粛が推奨された．その後，人の移動に関する自粛傾向は緩和されたものの，特に感染症が重症化しやすい高齢者や内科的合併症を持つ人に関しては活動を自粛したり，受診を抑制したりする傾向が続いている．このような活動自粛は，身体的な活動のみならず社会的な交流も激減させ，身体機能や認知機能の低下，栄養状態の悪化などを引き起こし，サルコペニアやフレイルの進行が危惧される．しかし，COVID-19が終息する傾向は未だ見えず，不活発な生活は，今後も長く続くことが予想される．そのような社会的情勢のなか，コロナ禍にあっても，正しく将来を見据え，感染予防と活動のバランスをとりながら高齢者の健康を維持することは，高齢者医療を実践する我々医療者に課せられた課題と考える．このような背景から，我々は高齢者がその時の心身状態に適した運動や活動を自宅でも簡単に実施できるよう，国立長寿医療研究センター在宅活動ガイド2020（NCGG-HEPOP2020）を発行した．本稿では，このHEPOP2020の開発のコンセプトと特徴について概説しながら，改めてコロナ禍におけるサルコペニア，フレイル予防について考える．" @default.
