- W3151685319 abstract "[Objective] To investigate the change of serum MMP-2,hs-CRP and APN levels among patients with ACS and their relationship.[Methods] ELISA was used for detecting of 72 patients with ACS(including 49 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) patients and 23 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients),42 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) patients and 40 healthy. The serum MMP-2,hs-CRP and APN levels of patients with ACS and SAP group were compared.ACS while the sub-group and SAP group, levels of MMP-2,hs-CRP levels and APN were analyzed by pearson correlation analysis.[Results](1) serum levels of MMP-2 and hs-CRP levels in patients with ACS were significantly higher than the SAP group and control group, while the serum APN levels were significantly lower than the SAP group and Control group.(2) When comparing ACS sub-group with SAP group,AMI serum levels of MMP-2 and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than the UAP group and SAP group, the serum APN levels were significantly lower than the UAP group and SAP group.(3) The linear correlation analysis showed that:APN serum MMP-2 in UAP group was negatively correlated(r =-0.289,P﹤0.05),the hs-CRP and APN showed negative correlation(r =-0.347,P﹤0.05);Serum MMP-2 and hs-CRP in AMI group was positively correlated(r = 0.429,P﹤0.05),and APN was negatively correlated(r =-0.436,P﹤0.05),hsCRP and APN presented negative correlation(r =-0.605,P﹤0.01).[Conclusion] Serum levels of MMP-2 and hsCRP were elevated, and the APN decreased in patients with ACS,combined detection of these indicators of coronary heart disease has important clinical significance in risk stratification and monitoring of plaque stability." @default.
