Cette recherche vise à examiner l’impact du capital psychologique sur la réussite de carrière. Nous avons opté pour une approche quantitative appliquée à 235 salariés tunisiens. Des analyses en équations structurelles avec l’approche des moindres carrés partiels (PLS) nous ont permis de confirmer le rôle déterminant du capital psychologique dans le succès aussi bien objectif que subjectif. Par ailleurs, les résultats indiquent que la relation entre le capital psychologique et la réussite de carrière subjective est partiellement médiée par la réussite de carrière objective. En outre, l’effet du capital psychologique sur la réussite objective semble plus élevé pour les hommes que pour les femmes. If the literature shows that the employee must develop his human capital (knowing-how) as well as his social capital (knowing-whom), a new form of capital is now receiving more and more attention. This research aims to examine the impact of psychological capital on career success. We opted for a quantitative approach applied to 235 Tunisian employees. Structural equations analyses with the partial least squares approach (PLS) allowed us to confirm the determining role of psychological capital in both objective and subjective success. Furthermore, the results indicate that the relationship between psychological capital and subjective career success is partially mediated by objective career success.
