- W3154164588 abstract "Multifunctional thermal management paper has attracted high attention in various aspects. Herein, a ultrarobust multifunctional laminated nacre-like paper was fabricated through vacuum-assisted alternate self-assembly. SEM and XRD results proved that cellulose nanofibers (CNF) are drawn into MXene nanosheets driven by vacuum. The unique laminated nacre-like structure endows the CNF/MXene paper excellent tensile strength (114.4 MPa), strain of failure (2.8%), toughness (2.6 MJ/m3) and Young’s modulus (4.1 GPa). Additionally, MXene paper shows superior thermal conductivity (14.93 W m−1 K−1), which could effectively reduce the surface temperature of the LED lamp. Furthermore, the paper can’t be ignited completely, the peak heat release rate is decreased by 77.8%, indicating the paper possesses superb flame retardant. Moreover, the CNF/MXene laminated papers maintain similar electrical insulation to CNF film, which ensure safety of electronic devices.
