- W3155659042 abstract "Due to the complexity of psoriasis, people have been searching for better treatment methods, and probiotics therapy is gaining acceptance. In this study, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was used to stimulate abnormal proliferation of HaCaT cells, and the inhibitory effects of potential probiotics supernatants on hyperproliferation were compared. Among 102 strains, two with better suppressive effects, Bifidobacterium animalis CCFM1148 and Lactobacillus paracasei CCFM1147, were selected, whereas the other two were selected as control strains. Based on RNA-seq results, CCFM1148 and CCFM1147 inhibited TNF-α-induced activation of the nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) signaling pathway and altered the cellular response to interleukin (IL)-8, while the two control strains did not. It was speculated that the inhibitory effect of strains was through the inhibiting of the activation of the NF-κB and the release of proinflammatory cytokines, and subsequent experiments confirmed this. Collectively, these findings suggest that CCFM1148 and CCFM1147 have potential to ameliorate psoriasis." @default.
