- W3156221486 abstract "Abstract Due to the integrated development of electronic products, developing thermal management materials with excellent heat dissipation performance is still in challenging. In addition, in order to help the increasingly complex electronic devices to achieve better thermal management, the correspondingly efficient multi-directional heat dissipation materials are also needed. Presented here is a simple freezing device with a conical concave surface, which can successfully and effectively guide the growth of lamellar crystal into circinate vane type (CVT) network. The coaxial lamellae in CVT network provide an effective way for multi-directional heat dissipation in epoxy/CVT-BNNS (boron nitride nanosheets) composites. The axial thermal conductivities of the composite (11 vol% BNNS loading) measured along vertical and lateral direction are 2.53 and 2.40 W m −1 K−1, respectively. Compared with the composites with random network and uniaxial network, the composites with CVT network have more uniform and effective heat dissipation effect in 3D space." @default.
