There is scant data of clinical presentation and final outcomes of patients with multiple myeloma and renal disease in India. Aim of this study : To study the clinical profile and outcomes of patients with Multiple myeloma and kidney disease in a tertiary care center in West India. It is a retrospective, observational study of patients attending Muljibhai Patel Urological hospital, Nadiad, India from November 2017 till June 2020. Inclusion criteria: • All patients with clinical diagnosis of multiple myeloma based on bone marrow, renal histology and serological analysis • Presence of kidney disease : eGFR <60 ml/min and /or UPCR > 1 or abnormal renal biopsy Exclusion criteria: • Patients without kidney disease or patients without multiple myeloma • Outcomes which were analyzed were • Death • ESRD status • History of chemotherapy • Clinical remission • 63 patients were enrolled • Average age was 61.53 ± 10.26 years • 42 males and 21 females. Common symptoms were weakness , Easy fatigability , Bone pain/ backachePresenting feature Oliguria in 15 (23.8 %)History of NSAID intake in 22 (34.9 %) Hematuria in 5 (7.9%) oHistory of hypertension or were on antihypertensive medication 30(47.6%) Lab investigation : Albumin/ Globulin ratio < 1 was seen in 61 pts (73%) Anemia (<12 gm/dl) in (92 %) Hypercalcemia (corr.
