On the other hand, I have been unable to complete my internship report with BEXIMCO Textile Limited due to coronavirus. So, to create my internship report I had to take help from BEXIMCO Company's website with their articles from different magazines and from different parts of the newspaper with ideas about their company. So, I am trying to complete the internship report based on the data I have been able to collect based on the secondary information about BEXIMCO Textiles Ltd. and my internship report.During this internship period I identified, how performance management encourages to understand the management system of organization between the managers and employers. Performance Management can identify and develop the of the performance of human resource in the organization. On the other hand, appraisal can evaluate the performance of the human resources and rate and give feedback. This helps to understand the progress of the organization and bring development in the organization. Performance Management is a very important to boost the employee engagement and productivity. When employee stay more attentive to their work, it increases the overall productivity of the organization. Engaged employees gives the organization more benefits. They stay longer and involve actively to the work. Its helps to increase the employee involvement in the organization. Again, it also helps to develop skills and competency of the employee. This is also help to understand the dedication of the employee towards the organization. Performance Management also ensures weather management is dropping off due to the lack of employee involvement. It also increases the improves the internal communication of the organization. Proper plans and strategies can be brought up from the employees for the betterment of the organization in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.Performance Appraisal is the review of the employee’s performance. It helps to evaluate the employee’s performance in the organization. Appraisals provide the opportunity to recognize and reward employees to ensure that they feel valued and satisfied for the job that they perform. This motivates the employee to work hard in order to get rewarded. As a result, the organization gets more efficient and dedicated employees." @default.
