- W3157155134 abstract "The aim of education is to lead students to highest performance in life. Currently some students' performance is deteriorating especially in developing countries. According to the UNESCO Institute of statistics 367 million children are not reaching the minimum level of proficiency in reading worldwide. So, optimization of students' performance is seriously required. However, there are so many ways to improve students' performance. But this distinctive research focuses on how teachers' management will enhance student performance. Definitely, managing students is challenging. Besides, if a teacher tries to maintain quality interaction it can go a long way overhauling students' achievement. The research has shown students who have jovial interaction with teachers perform better. Beyond, jovial engagement with students it depends on teacher’s character. Hence, a teacher could ponder why he should build jovial relationship in class? What can help to build jovial relationship? And more importantly, can a jovial relationship optimize student’s achievement? Finally, this research discovered that students feel willingness with their class if they have a congenial relationship with a teacher. Jointly, they express confidence with teachers that are not clamoring at them. As a result, their quality performance increased significantly." @default.
