- W3157173834 abstract "The system is a wireless network of various distributed devices which with the help of sensors will monitor temperature and pollutants at a single location. As the name suggests, wireless sensor network, it is a group of wireless, battery- powered nodes which have different tasks to do, as in our project there are two nodes. One is used to measure the presence of COin the environment and second one is used to measure the temperature in a server room. As in server room, there are lot of machines and servers which are connected to each other and as a result the machines produce a lot of heat. Sometimes accidently this heating can cause fire in server room. Hence we are placing a node inside a server room which will continuously measure the temperature and send the data to base node which is situated outside the room having a LCD and a CO2 sensor. The wireless devices are called as sensor nodes. It has limited radio transmission and storage size. The basic job of a sensor node is to collect important data, process the data. Hence in our project there two nodes which are connected to each other and they both will send and receive data from each other with the help of transceiver. This system will consist of a gateway which will receive data from sensors and transmit it to server side, sensors to sense the amount of CO2 presence and sensor nodes." @default.
