- W3157443623 abstract "We study the impact of job selection motivation on job satisfaction of semi-permanent makeup workers by using SPSS WIN 25.0 with the sample of 307 workers. Frequency and percentages were calculated to identify general characteristics, and the mean and standard deviation were obtained to look at job selection motives and job satisfaction. Correlation analysis was also conducted to determine the relationship between the motivation for choosing a job and the satisfaction from the job, and a Multiple Regression (multi-recovery analysis) was conducted to determine the effect of motivation for choosing a job on the job satisfaction.The results of the study show that semi-permanent makeup workers put more importance of values such as self-realization and aptitude than social motivation such as the economic value and future of their jobs, and that the higher the motivation for choosing a job, the higher the job satisfaction level. The higher the motivation of individual motivation and career prospects in the job selection of semi-permanent makeup workers, the higher the job satisfaction level.Therefore, improvement is required at the institutional level of legalizing semi-permanent makeup so that semi-permanent makeup workers can be more satisfied with their jobs and take pride in their work. A further development of functional education program and management system should be established." @default.
