- W3157524881 abstract "The detection of H2O2 in milk was carried out using a CIC-biosensor based on collagen-immobilized catalase (CIC) and a dissolved oxygen probe. The CIC-biosensor response was fastest at pH 7.0 at 30 °C. Further, the biosensor exhibited responses over a H2O2 concentration range from 1.47 × 10−6 mol/L to 2.94 × 10−4 mol/L with response times of 20–120 s, and could be reused eight times. When the CIC biosensor was applied for the detection of H2O2 in milk, the recovery of H2O2 ranged from 83.4% to 95.8%. The biosensor can potentially be used for rapid detection of H2O2 in milk as a result of its sensitivity and rapid response time, easy preparation, and simple sample pretreatment." @default.
