- W3157579048 abstract "The contextuality is an important resource for quantum computing. Marginal expectations of jointly distributed dichotomous random variables obey several non-contextuality inequalities. Of particular interest are those satisfied by pairwise cyclic expectations such as Boole , SZLG, CHSH and KCBS inequalities. Quantum mechanics and behavioral sciences taught us that a random variable measuring the same content (the answer to the same yes-no question) may change, if it is measured jointly with other random variables or in a different experimental context. It is often believed that we do not have this problem in Bell tests because according to Einsteinian no-signaling Alice- and Bob- data may not depend on what is measured in distant laboratories. In fact their raw experimental data confirm Einsteinian no-signaling. However setting dependent experimental protocols are used to create final samples containing coupled pairs of distant outcomes. Since random variables describing these samples are inconsistently connected we are using Contextuality-by-Default approach and modified CHSH inequalities to study contextuality of the system of these random variables. In our opinion contextuality is not an exception but the rule, thus it should also be investigated in spin polarization correlation experiments with correlated but not necessarily entangled photonic signals." @default.
