The most important ideas that can form the basis of the Concept of the Code are analyzed. Scientists' opinions are being studied on improving the code. In addition, the impact of the adoption of the new Labor Code on the economy, based on the analysis of the role of the importance of the new Labor Code adopted in some foreign countries (Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan) in the development of entrepreneurship, is predicted." @default.
