- W3163788993 abstract "[연구목적] 전공 선택은 학생 개인의 특성뿐 아니라 학생이 속해 있는 학과와 대학의 지원 등이 복합적으로 작용하기 때문에 개인 요인과 학교 요인의 영향을 동시에 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전문대학 세무 및 회계 전공 선택과 개인 및 조직 요인의 위계적 관계를 규명하여 세무 및 회계학과의 학생모집과 학과전공 교육의 방향 등을 제시하고자 한다.<BR>[연구방법] 본 연구는 전문대학의 세무 및 회계 전공에 대하여 기존에 수행되었던 연구들을 검토하여 전공 선택에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하였다. 전문대학 세무 및 회계 전공선택에 관한 개인 및 학교 요인의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 개인-학교의 2수준 다층모형(2－level hierarchical linear model, HLM)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석에 사용한 자료는 한국교육고용패널의 자료를 이용하였다.<BR>[연구결과] 분석 결과 학교 요인 중에 대학의 소재지와 대학의 취업률과 장학금 혜택이 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인 요인 중 본인의 적성과 희망, 가정형편이 유의한 영향이 있으며, 본인의 적성과 희망과 취업률, 가정형편과 대학 소재지와의 상호작용효과에서 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.<BR>[연구의 시사점] 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학의 세무 및 회계 전공 선택의 결정요인을 규명함으로서 학과의 입시 전략 및 학과 홍보에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다." @default.
